Our directors and senior leaders regularly attend Pride events to walk alongside their colleagues and show their support.
Group Head of People, Lynne McBurney, was named a Top 10 Corporate Ally at the British LGBT awards.
In both 2018 and 2019, the Arnold Clark Group was recognised at the Herald’s Diversity Awards.

We want all of our employees to feel valued, accepted and seen. That’s why all of our People policies are gender neutral, and we have our own LGBT+ and allies’ network for our employees.
Looking after our communities
We’re proud to support Yorkshire Terriers FC (LGBT football club) and Pride Radio, alongside other LGBT+ organisations and events.
And, we’ve always admired Channel 4’s commitment to telling diverse stories that reflect our society. So now, we’re over the moon to sponsor Drama on Channel 4.
